For leaders, these can be POTENTIALLY limiting beliefs, that is, believing that others have it all figured out, are completely sure of themselves, etc., and the leader may then use that internal narrative to judge themselves.

Leader introspection can foster greater self-awareness and enable leaders to make informed decisions, build trust with their teams, and navigate complex situations effectively.  A leader must know what may help and hinder their performance and team dynamics.
