For leaders, these can be POTENTIALLY limiting beliefs, that is, believing that others have it all figured out, are completely sure of themselves, etc., and the leader may then use that internal narrative to judge themselves.

If that internal narrative can motivate us to continue on the learning curve then great. But if the narrative causes us to become indecisive and immobilized then it's important to assess what it may be costing you. The reality is sometimes those around you may be performing better, learning more quickly, etc. Fine. Decide what you want to do with that information. The key is to do something strategic with it and 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
