Leader and Leadership Team Coaching
Coaching that increases leadership capacity and influence. Coaching is provided by a Professional Certified Coach (PCC designation with the International Coaching Federation). Coaching that may be conducted in person or remotely (e.g., by phone, WebEX, Zoom). The coaching provides a framework that is outcomes-focused and provides a partnership that fosters rapport and accountability for results.
