OPPORTUNITY/CHALLENGE
According to the company President, Kevin Renley, “Our team was going through some significant succession planning and were working on both successfully onboarding new partners and unifying our team.”
CO-DESIGNED SOLUTION
We implemented high-level executive coaching to help grow our leaders. Dan met one-on-one with our team members providing coaching as well as assisting our team together in group meetings. Our team was all engaged in executive coaching. By analyzing and being cognizant of our own strengths and weaknesses we were able to draw our team closer together.
OUTCOME/RESULTS
