The organization was experiencing rapid growth and needed to build leadership capability across its expanding team. It was important to identify key leader competencies and practices and provide training for high potentials who had been promoted as people leaders. Also, the company wanted to assess and take practical actions to potentially increase employee engagement.
The company partnered with Burns Leadership Consulting to identify and prioritize key leadership roles and practices and develop learning and development options to support the roles and practices. This solution also included an assessment of the company's state of employee engagement and data from 360-degree reviews and other assessments to best understand the current state of leader and team performance and employee engagement.
Everyone always walked away with a better understanding and applicable tools that could be used right away to help them in their day-to-day struggles. The organization gained a better understanding of where they stood with engagement and what employees needed from their leaders to increase satisfaction and overall engagement. Leaders developed a deeper understanding of their team's strengths and learned how to leverage the strengths of colleagues to operate more effectively as a company.
